5. Products: To start a business you must have hues amount of product varieties. Every business depends on customer demand. You have to notice that your product is full fill customer’s demand. So you have to collected quality full product & many more varieties.
6. Marketing: After making website & decorating your web shop now your e commerce business is ready to start. But without a proper marketing your business will not run properly. So you have to notice your marketing site very strongly to starting an ecommerce business.
7. Shipping: After doing all things properly now you will start taking your orders from customers. Now you have to think about your ecommerce business plan delivery or shipping system. How your customers will get their products properly.
